Workflow

Four stages, one clear queue

Each line shows its stage, what it's waiting on, and which actions the current person can take. Lines that need clarification or are rejected come off the main path, with the reason recorded.

  1. Intake 01

    Partner orders arrive with their prescriptions and documents. Data entry fixes missing fields, maps products to your catalog and checks state coverage.

  2. RPh Review 02

    Pharmacists work through a required checklist. Each approval records who approved, when, and the clinical details they saw.

  3. Packaging 03

    Technicians record lot and beyond-use date, print a 4×3 label, and confirm it once it's on the package.

  4. Shipped 04

    Ready lines go into a shipment with carrier and tracking. Partners get tracking updates as soon as it's handed to the carrier.

One row per medication

Each line moves through the workflow on its own, so one held medication never blocks the rest of the order.

Corrections with reasons

Every edit needs a reason and a source, and can link a document. Changing clinical details voids prior approvals automatically.

Roles that match the bench

Data entry, technician, pharmacist and administrator each see the actions their job allows. Only pharmacists sign off clinically.

Coverage built in

Set which states each pharmacy ships to. Orders outside that coverage are flagged at intake, not when you go to ship.

Orders arrive by API

Prescribing platforms send orders, documents and LifeFile-format payloads through a partner API, with an idempotency key on every submission. They can see status, history and shipments for each order, and signed webhooks notify them as things change.

  • Access granted per pharmacy, with a separate key for each partner
  • Your product mappings turn partner SKUs into catalog items
  • Tracking and cancellation events go out as soon as they happen
